With stunning views overlooking Lough Ree the house offers exciting prospects for every type of nature lover.
The local fishing is excellent, birdlife is plentiful and there are relaxing walks to be found along the banks of the River Inny all designed to make your stay an enjoyable one.
With boats for hire only a few hundred meters away you can take a slow trip around the many Islands that populate Lough Ree or drift along some of the hidden pools within the reed beds.
Fishing is always a major attraction for this area as the local river is teeming with fish, many large Pike, Bream, Hybrids, Roach and Rudd have been caught, along with the Tench and Perch.
A Guillie service is available to help you find the best swims and while of course fish can never be guaranteed there have been some truely amazing catches with hauls into the 300lb+ Mark.
